Orders are shipped using Australia Post and postage times will vary according to their delivery schedules.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If a product is faulty upon receipt, Gigi & Me will offer you a replacement or refund to the value of the purchase price.
Please choose items carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
Replacements or refunds will not be issued if the item has been used or worn or if the care instructions are not followed.
What do I need when requesting a return, replacement or refund?
Gigi & Me will provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase - Tax receipt, online order or order receipt
- Photo of damaged item including the original display board
- Photo of damaged post packaging (if packaging was damaged during transit)
How do I request a return, replacement or refund?
Please forward the above to bygigiandme@gmail.com with a brief explanation of the damage to the item. Please include your name, contact number and order number, and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
